BEFORE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT

Before signing a contract we advise all potential clients to have their Conveyancer read through the Section 32 Statement.

Simply ask the marketing agent to provide you with this document and forward it to us via email at reception@alcore.com.au along with your contact details.

Every contract states that, upon signing, the purchaser has measured the boundaries of the property and checked all appliances are functioning properly.

​

If after signing the contract you find that, for example, an appliance is faulty, the Vendor is not obligated to fix that appliance before settlement unless specifically stated as a Special Condition in the Contract of Sale.

​

These "special conditions" must be negotiated before signing the contract.

​

After the Contract of Sale is signed by both parties, the Vendor's Agent will send us a copy and we will begin preparing your documentation for signing.
